To welcome in spring, Carter will teach several different types of sun salutations so you can understand the variations, how we use them to find a meditative state of movement and why we do them. To conclude, we will settle into a few yin postures to release stress, tension and anxiety.
Optional items you may want to bring: blanket, bolster and/or blocks, as well as anything that reminds you of spring, such as flowers, crystals, a (unscented) candle, etc.
