StudioStudio Packard is a fantastic option for a small(ish) private event (we suggest capacity of 70 max for strolling, 40ish for seated at tables.  The adjoining outdoor ‘wedge’ can also be rented via our friends at York, to increase capacity and allow for an indoor/outdoor flow.

We are more affordable and flexible than most alternatives - but the trade-off is, but you must be willing to do the heavy lifting.  We are very much NOT a traditional event space with a dedicated staff.  This means you are responsible for bringing in anything you might need beyond the amenities below, and you must leave the space in the same condition you found it.  reach out today if you’d like to schedule a tour!  we love showing folks around ;-)
